Main BodyIf Found – Return to Me is an exhibition of new drawing, writing and video work. Through observation, recording and collecting, narrative fragments surface between countries and people. Both poetic and playful, the exhibition unfolds as an expanded sketchbook or journal. Founded in creative writing practice, Elisabeth Belliveau’s work employs sculpture and drawing strategies to explore the relationship between biography and place. As a whole the exhibition shapes a dialogue surrounding interdisciplinary practice, exhibition strategies for video projection and approaches to storytelling. These new works set out to expand the possibilities of narrative and form as they relate to imagery; weaving text, sound and time.
ScheduleThe opening reception takes place at 7:00pm on January 11, 2013.
