The principals of Quadrangle – Les Klein, Brian Curtner, Sheldon Levitt, Susan Ruptash and Ted Shore – are pleased to announce the addition of five new members to the firm's management team.

In its 25th year, Quadrangle adds a new generation of leadership and expands its capabilities. The new internal appointees are: principals Anna Madeira, Caroline Robbie and Jeff Hardy; and associate Laura Rachlin. Richard Witt also returns to the firm as principal. The expanded management team marks a new phase of leadership in the firm and strengthens Quadrangle's client service with renewed creativity, technical expertise and business focus.

Madeira has worked with Quadrangle for 16 years, managing large-scale, multi-building projects and mentoring architectural teams. With over 30 years of experience and a reputation for distinctive design, Robbie heads Quadrangle's interiors group; she also augments Quadrangle's public profile with her industry involvement. Since 1999, technologist Hardy has built and maintained Quadrangle's retail design team, managing and realizing complex retail programs in a demanding environment. Witt returns to Quadrangle after five years as director of RAW Design; Witt's design expertise is supported by his global perspective, his excellent relationships with business leaders and his passion and engagement with architecture in this city. Rachlin is a leader in residential design management and construction, as well as a capable mentor to emerging practitioners.
