CALGARY, Feb. 4, 2013 /CNW/ - The Churchill Corporation (TSX: CUQ, CUQ.DB) ("Churchill") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Allan
Tarasuk to the position of President, Churchill Services Group ("CSG")
effective immediately. CSG provides industrial electrical, mechanical,
insulation and related services to oil sands, mining, potash, power and
LNG clients from Ontario to British Columbia.
Mr. Tarasuk is an industry veteran who began his industrial construction
career more than 20 years ago first as a field engineer, then as a
project engineer, before advancing into project management and then
into more senior roles. Mr. Tarasuk's most recent position prior to
accepting his new role with Churchill was as a group President of one
of North America's leading fully integrated upstream and midstream
construction and production service providers and prior thereto as
President, Canadian Operations of a leading engineering, construction
and technical services organization.
Mr. Tarasuk will oversee all facets of CSG's operations and his
responsibilities will include business management and leading the
growth of the CSG division. Mr. Tarasuk will report to David LeMay,
Churchill's President and COO.
