The Sushi Collection, by Dutch designer Edward van Vliet, is a landscape of forms and patterns, wrapped in textiles recalling Japanese themes with Moroccan overtones. Sushi, which is his first collaboration with Moroso, and intended for both hospitality and residential use, further develops his concepts through the Karmakoma sofa, JuJu Fauteuil, Sushi Block Seat and Donut ottoman. The collection follows Moroso’s recent interest in the fusion of traditional elements with the latest in manufacturing methods. Debuted in Milan and presented for the first time in the U.S. last week at Moroso’s New York showroom, this collection is now available across the country.
