Toronto-based II BY IV Design Associates was recently honoured – twice – by the Ontario Home Builders Association. At a special event held at Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort, II BY IV and its collaborator, Amexon Development Company, took home an award for Most Outstanding High Rise Building, and another for Best Interior Decorating: Model Home/Suite Under 2,000 Square Feet – the first for South Beach Condos + Lofts (in Toronto), the second for the project’s Delano Suite.
