Long recognized as one of Canada’s pre-eminent design firms, figure3 announces three new principal owners to our firm.

Founding partners Christopher Wright, Caroline Hughes and Allan Guinan welcome Darryl Balaski, Suzanne Bettencourt and Eric Yorath to our leadership team, signaling a new era for figure3 as our award-winning studio evolves to integrate the innovative design practices demanded by business leaders today.

Our new principals will head up key leadership roles of studio management, innovative design practices and project delivery systems within figure3 as the firm builds deeper engagements with clients and business partners.

Also announced today are key appointments of Andrew Gallici to director of retail design, and Jennifer Young to director of experience design, recognizing their achievements in building figure3’s retail portfolio through evidence-based research and design. Lindsay Brown advances as our director of finance and joins Jim Bennett, director of business development to provide the solid administrative resources to our management teams in developing strategic alliances with retailers, developers and brokers to deliver increasingly complex capabilities to our mutual clients.

Together with our senior management group of Erin Armstrong, Franca Rezza, and recently appointed senior team Leaders Darija Ilic, Kathleen Lagdameo, Angela Stinson and Steve Tsai, the principals congratulate this third generation of spirited, passionate design leaders as they bring a fresh perspective and new energy to figure3.
