Andrew Richard Designs goes to the sea
Escape to the sea with Andrew Bockner’s latest collection of luxury outdoor furniture. This month, at the 15th annual Interior Design Show (IDS), Andrew Richard Designs (ARD) will showcase three new designs in a nautical-inspired booth meant to evoke the feel of the European coasts like the Côte d’Azur.
The new CRUISE collection, offered in ARD’s latest Solartex weave, Smoke (a tiger print mix of multiple greys, black and white), will debut at IDS. Unique features of the line include rounded cut outs and a sleek stainless steel base. The modular UPTOWN sectional collection will be re-imagined in white, allowing pillows to take the main stage, from rich creams to cool greys to pale blues.
Another new collection, the VINTAGE dining set combines industrial materials with sleek design. Made of broad slats of reclaimed teak, the 84″ long dining table, showcasing the wood’s beautiful grain, is supported by an aluminum powder coated x-base and seats up to eight people. Developing a silvery grey patina over time, the VINTAGE collection is able to withstand harsh Canadian elements, like sun, rain, frost and snow.
