V+A’s rad Radford

Victoria + Albert is returning to its design roots with the launch of the new Radford Collection. Comprised of an opulent roll-top freestanding bath and a complementary basin, this collection brings a touch of “new traditional’ to the bathroom.

Taking inspiration from the Victorian period, but with a touch of modern-day refinement, the footprint of the double-ended bath is a luxurious 74-3/4″ long, allowing the bather to completely submerge and stretch out. Designed for the comfort of today’s bather, the bath features a signature rim detailing and follows the traditional design rules of strict symmetry, offering a perfect angle of recline, which fully supports the body. To complete the new traditional design, the Radford bath comes with streamlined ENGLISHCAST feet adapted from the period original ball and claw design.

Made from Victoria + Albert’s signature ENGLISHCAST, a unique, naturally white material rich in volcanic limestone, the Radford bathtub is warm to the touch and maintains water temperature thanks to its superior insulating properties, as well as being extremely easy to clean. The Radford measures 74-15/16″ long,35-1/2″ wide and 25-3/8″ deep.

Designed to complement the Radford bath, the Radford 51 Basin is the first traditional style countertop basin from Victoria + Albert. The basin again features the signature rim detailing. The Radford basin is 20-1/16″ long, 15-1/2″ wide and 4-1/2″ deep.
