Andy Warhol goes Bugaboo
The second launch of Bugaboo’s multi-year collaboration with the Andy Warhol Foundation, ventures into the playful world of the legendary pop artist’s design legacy. The Happy Bugs collection is based on artwork of the 1950s, displaying vivid and joyful hand-drawn illustrations created pre-Warhol’s Pop Art era as a famed commercial illustrator in New York City. Showcasing an array of bugs, the autumn 2013 collection is original, unexpected and striking… just as the artist intended his whimsical illustrations to be.
