At this year’s furniture fair in Milan, Vitra presented a number of smashing new and updated products

The Landi Chair, a Swiss icon designed in 1938 by Hans Coray, is now being produced by Vitra. To complement the chair, the aluminium Davy Table was newly developed with the young Swiss designer Michel Charlot.

With the relaunched models EA 101, 103 and 104, the Aluminium Group by Charles and Ray Eames has been expanded with a slim-profiled dining chair. No less than 28 new colours of Hopsak fabric, created in collaboration with Hella Jongerius, lend a casual freshness to the Aluminium Group.

The collection of the designer Alexander Girard is being augmented by various furnishings and accessories.

The designers Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby have developed a number of new products together with Vitra, including the new Mariposa Sofa, the Planophore shelving unit and a solid wood table with a matching bench.

Jasper Morrison has expanded his HAL series of chairs with a new armchair, a studio chair and a version covered in leather.

The Rise Table and the Rotary Tray were also be introduced in Milan.

Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec are supplementing their collection with the Leather Side Table.

In addition to the updated Hopsak colours by Hella Jongerius, her new East River Chair is also on display at the Vitra stand.
