Vancouver’s GWA shortlisted in the Public Space category of this year’s prestigious SBID International Design Awards

Vancouver-based Gustavson Wylie Architects Inc. has been shortlisted in the Public Space category of this year’s prestigious SBID International Design Awards. The Lululemon Athletica head-office renovation has been selected as one of the qualifying projects by a technical panel of judges in the first stage of the process. The interior design studio at GWA, under the leadership of registered interior designer David Hanson, created a thoughtful design solution to transform 24,000 square feet of dated, multi-tenant ground floor space into a client facing meeting, office and collaboration facility with a staff fitness amenity.

Full details of the project are available at:

SBID has firmly established this annual occasion as one of the most prestigious recognitions of design excellence in the interior design industry. With a 15 per cent increase in entries from over 30 countries across the globe, SBID President, Vanessa Brady OBE says:,”Quality projects from around the world at every scale and price-point continue to represent our ethos; that design is a discipline that requires training, trading standards, a shared financial conduct and unity, then it truly is celebrated… SBID is incessantly dedicated to acknowledging excellence at every level and our awards serve as the finest way to celebrate this commitment.”
