Dutch Urban Design and Development Centre in Vancouver features sustainable solutions from Jaga

Jaga Climate Systems, a leading manufacturer of energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions, is featured in the Dutch Urban Design and Development Centre (Dudoc) in Vancouver. Officially opening tonight, Dudoc Vancouver highlights innovative Dutch companies and hopes to resolve environmental challenges through international partnerships and groundbreaking solutions.

Says Chris Heerius, director of Jaga North America, “It’s an honour to be a part of this great collaboration with so many other passionate and knowledgeable experts and companies.”

Dudoc Vancouver serves as more than just an exhibition location and information centre. It also acts as a forum for both consumers and companies alike to brainstorm on how to better the areas in which we live, work and play. The purpose of Dudoc Vancouver is to bring the community together through discourse on topics of sustainability, innovation, creative thinking and collaborative design – aligning with Jaga’s mission to inspire creativity and preserve the Earth’s natural resources for generations to come.

In partnership with the Parallel 52, the Dutch Canadian Sustainable Planning and Building Network, Jaga’s booth will be part of the permanent visitor centre. The booth features Jaga’s Low-H20 and dynamic heating and cooling solutions, including the Freestanding, Briza, Clima Canal, Freedom, Strada and Tempo, among others.

Says Bert Kriekels, executive director of Jaga Climate Systems, “We hope by working together in this space, we can share our ideas on how to achieve a sustainable economy and bridge gaps between European design and Canadian consumers.”
