The Wishbone chair represents organic modernism, comfort and simplicity with a light, attractive appearance and a characteristic Y-shaped back. Designed by Hans J. Wegner in 1949, the Wishbone chair is perhaps one of his most celebrated works and has been in continuous production for over 60 years using hard wood from certified forests and over 300 feet of paper cord. The Wishbone chair is an iconic piece of the Danish Modern design movement and has been a favourite of many generations.
