Christian Lacroix Maison is pleased to announce a new collaboration. Sacha Walckhoff, the brand’s creative director, has created a lighting collection for Forestier Paris.
In the words of Walckhoff, “This new line of Christian Lacroix Maison lighting was born from our meeting with Jean-Dominique Lèze, the dynamic director of Maison Forestier. In this collection, halfway between craftmanship and design, structures of hand-hammered metal tubes are adorned with lampshades that seem clad in foliage or canework (Canopy and Barbade Christian Lacroix fabrics, edited by Designers Guild). From this idea blossomed the Frondaison suspension, the Jeune Pousse table lamp, the Branchages wall lamp and the Arbuste floor lamp. We took immense fun in inventing these luminous objects, evocative of a luxurious flora, yet decidedly contemporary.”
