Match Marketing earns Bartlett their 16th ASID award
The American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), New York Upstate and Canada East chapter, has awarded Bartlett & Associates with first place in the Large Commercial category for the Match Marketing project. It is the 16th award the firm have received from the ASID.
Match Marketing, located just outside of Toronto, is an alliance of marketing agencies that wanted a strong branded design statement to unify the firm. They were also looking to drive corporate culture with a design that encouraged cross communication. Bartlett repositioned Reception to an impressive location with a 30-foot ceiling and abundant natural light to serve as an exclamation point for staff and clients on arrival: saying, in effect, “This is a significant agency.” Large spherical light fixtures with an open basket weave convey airiness and are perfectly in scale.
A new Café Workplace next to Reception was designed to facilitate employee engagement for short-term working, client meetings, training and socializing in addition to meals. This is the agency’s new hub and is loaded with character. There is a variety of seating from diner booths to communal high top tables to individual seating as well as a full bar, also with seating, for entertaining.
