Florim opens a flagship showroom in New York City
The Italian ceramic surfaces manufacturer Florim has announced it has opened a new Flagship Showroom in New York City, located at 152 Madison Avenue (at the corner of 32nd Street), designed to show the Made in Florim’s collections, and host conferences and events dedicated to the world of architecture and interior design.
The surrounding neighbourhood of NoMad, where many hotels, architecture firms, start-ups, and design showrooms create the electric creative environment, underline the importance for Florim to establish and foster the link between the international architecture protagonists and the company. Occupying the corner retail space of an elegant Pre-War building, which was constructed by New York Art Deco craftsmen circa 1900; the showroom spans more than 5,400 square feet on two floors with a mezzanine, and features expansive floor to ceiling windows.
Versatile and dynamic, this New York Flagship Store hosts the principal Florim collections displayed in staged vignettes using demonstrative panels on the main floor. Follow the open slat staircase down to the lower level and find an enormous open space dedicated to model rooms, meetings spaces, lecture and conferences hall, and event space.
