Bulthaup re-opens Vancouver showroom
bulthaup Vancouver have re-opened their showroom after undergoing a complete renovation this past summer by Inform Projects Partnership. The showroom, which first opened in 2009, is located in Vancouver’s Gastown district in a heritage building that was originally built as the cities’ very first Royal Bank.
The main level of the showroom reveals various combinations of the bulthaup b3 product. The intent was to show combinations that appeal to all the various desires of bulthaup’s clients. As the showroom is one open space with an open mezzanine level, materials were selected to be cohesive and complimentary.
The end result is a more natural, less visually divided space that shows the full scope of bulthaup material options in a mix of floor standing, foot supported and wall hung kitchen elements in aluminum, mat lacquer, laminate and veneer.
The upper mezzanine presents a display of bulthaup b1 in alpine white and a bulthaup b2 tool cabinet in walnut. An open workspace which overlooks the complete showroom is also included in the upper level.
