Forms+Surfaces acquires Joel Berman Glass Studios

The acquisition pairs a leader in graphic glass technologies—Forms+Surfaces, with a leader in kiln cast glass—Joel Berman Glass Studios. Leveraging the innovative agility of each, the union creates a global architectural glass powerhouse as Joel Berman Glass Studios joins the Forms+Surfaces family as BermanGlass.

BermanGlass expands the Forms+Surfaces manufacturing footprint with a facility in Vancouver. From there, F+S will immediately begin exploring new ways to evolve the BermanGlass line and continue a longstanding tradition of design and manufacturing innovation.

BermanGlass brings a dynamic three-dimensional aspect to the F+S glass family.  Whereas their existing VividGlass line of laminated glass offers countless ways to mix interlayers, colors, and graphics, BermanGlass emphasizes 3D textures and bold dimensionality with kiln cast glass, fused glass and more. The BermanGlassline includes an artistic mix of sculptural patterns and textures for use in glass applications of all kinds: walls, columns, railings, partitions, and other project-specific features.
