Kicking off on Wednesday February 21, the British Columbia Home + Garden show comes to downtown Vancouver’s BC Place Stadium this week. Featuring some of the best Canadian interior and exterior household products, 2018’s five-day trade show will run until Sunday February 25.
This year, over 400 exhibitors will fill the BC Place Stadium with everything from Jacuzzis to bed mattresses, furniture items, fireplaces, massage chairs, kitchen gadgets, window displays, and outdoor home decor elements. There will also be a significant number of lawn care services, gutter repair, outdoor patio furniture, and lighting professionals in attendance. At the trade show there are also cleaning product demonstrations, financial services agents, roofing experts, and home entertainment systems to admire and test out, plus tons of other things of interest to people who have recently moved into a new place or are looking at renovations and upgrades where they presently live.
In addition to all the vendor booths and things to buy, at the Home and Garden Show there are also a number of presentations by expert speakers and celebrities. Some of the presenters for 2018 include Kenny Gemmill of Love it or List it Vancouver, Sarah Keenleyside and Bryan McCourt from HGTV’s Back Yard Builds, and Carson Arthur and Danielle Bryk from HGTV’s Home To Win. Admission to the 2018 BC Home + Garden Show is the following:
- Adults (ages 13+) – $16 at the door or $13 online
- Seniors (60+) – $13 at the door or $10 online
- Children (12 & under) – free
