figure3 grows residential and workplace teams with new promotions
Today, figure3 announces two significant promotions that will help its growing residential and workplace teams further elevate creativity.

Patrick Rechtorik, starting at figure3 in June 2006 and returning in 2015, has been promoted from Senior Team Lead to Creative Lead, Workplace. In this new role, Patrick will leverage research learnings, push design beyond current market trends, and emphasize each client’s connection to their culture. Projects he’s worked on at figure3 include IPG Mediabrands, Sony Interactive Entertainment, and TDS.
Houman Rahimzadeh, with figure3 since January 2017, has been promoted from Senior Team Lead to Creative Lead, Residential. In his new role, Houman will lead the design process, research new trends that merge fashion into architecture and design, and help clients embrace new design concepts. Projects he’s worked on at figure3 include Transit City, Empire Phoenix, and The Well.
“Patrick and Houman are incredible designers, both with an exceptional eye for detail,” says Suzanne Bettencourt, principal at figure3. “With them now leading their respective teams, it will allow them to better leverage their creative expertise on each project. As our projects get bigger and more complex, we’re excited to have leaders such as Patrick and Houman to push the envelope and foster creativity and design thinking among their teams, which will ultimately lead to even better results for our clients.”
