Clairoux Has a Unique Concept Designed For Owners of New Condos

According to the Association provinciale des constructeurs d’habitations du Québec (APCHQ), Québec will see 43,5000 new housing projects and 69 per cent of those developments are represented by apartments and condos. In response to the APCHQ’s statement, Montréal interior design firm Clairoux developed a unique and innovative concept that targets new condo buyers called Prêt à vivre.

The new development allows owners to move into an entirely furnished living space designed with trends, functionality and an active urban lifestyle without having to lift a finger.

Prêt à vivre reduces the hassles that are involved in designing a home such as hours of searching for furniture that’ll complement every room, essential kitchen accessories, bedding, decorations, etc. This new system also eliminates deliveries, assembly, installing light fixtures and custom window treatments.

Under the leadership of head designer Frédric Clairoux, the team of designers creates biannual seasonal collections that are highly aesthetic, tailored to the specifications and preferences of each buyer, and adapts to the needs of active people.

Here’s how they make it happen:

  • Using a detailed questionnaire that tells them about your new condo and your lifestyle.
  • Design and budget approval: The Clairoux team analyzes the information and shows you a concept board featuring the styles and colours, along with the budget.
  • Delivery and installation: Their team of experts from different fields of work and craftsmen in decorating orchestrates the entire project down to the smallest detail up until the big reveal.

According to Clairoux, in terms of resale value, “Prêt à vivre can make a tremendous difference as many people purchase condos for investment purposes (renting) and its service offer represents an asset for renting faster and at better prices.”

Having taken part in more than 6,500 condo developments, Clairoux suggests that the firm stands as a reference in its field and boasts the most experience in urban housing among interior design firms in Québec.
