GE Appliances Canada Becomes A Jersey Sleeve Partner with TFC
Toronto FC unveiled the team’s new secondary jersey for its 14th season. The jersey includes a sleeve patch featuring GE Appliances Canada, the club’s first and exclusive major appliance partner in May 2019.
As part of the multi-year partnership, all Toronto FC home and away jerseys until the 2023 season will include a GE Appliances patch on the right sleeve. The jersey is the club’s first shirt sleeve partner and will see the return to light grey for the first time since 2009.
GE Appliances is also committed to supporting the Canadian soccer community through programs with Toronto FC Juniors and Toronto FC Academy.

Major League Soccer (MLS) and adidas collectively revealed all 26 clubs’ 2020 jersey designs in a single moment celebrating the league’s commemorative 25th season.
Toronto-based OVO Sound and R&B duo Majid Jordan modelled the “Unity Kit” on the runway at the “FORWARD25” event at New York’s Penn Plaza Pavilion.
“We believe our city’s diversity and passion are captured in our Unity Kit,” said Bill Manning, President, Toronto FC. “We hope our fans will proudly wear the jersey during what we expect to be another exciting season.”
The 2020 “Unity Kit” showcases the team’s diverse fanbase, while also incorporating a modern v-neck design, and the flag of Toronto featured on the back. The team’s primary crest is prominent at the heart of the jersey with a silver star above it representing the team’s 2017 MLS Cup Championship.
The jersey’s jock tag includes inscriptions of the 28 surrounding cities and regions within the GTA, which are visible under the club’s “ALL FOR ONE” motto.
BMO, a proud partner since the club’s inaugural MLS season in 2007, continues to be the primary jersey partner on the “Unity Kit” and remains visible across the front.
