IDS Toronto issues Call for Conference Speakers
Organizers of the Interior Design Show in Toronto are already looking down the road — nine months down the road, actually — and are beginning to put the puzzle pieces together for the next iteration of IDS in January 2021. “Transformative change for both people and the planet is occurring at a rapid pace right now. More than ever, design thinking and insightful expertise is needed to push new realities forward by reimagining and reforming how we live, work, and create,” said organizers in a recent release.
To this end, IDS is extending an official invite to those in the design community interested in showcasing “your original approach and engaging ideas in front of the decision-makers of design” at the #IDS21 Toronto Conference happening January 21-22, 2021.
Topics of interest to IDS include, among many, the future of work and home to the impacts of AI, sustainable innovations, new social structures, and of course, unprecedented world shifts such as COVID-19. “Our mandate is to explore design solutions to the most pressing issues of our time,” say organizers.
