Bertazzoni marks its largest number of introductions with 100 new products

Bertazzoni marked the largest number of introductions for its brand with the launch of more than 100 new products. The company’s new collection features its first-ever Built-in Refrigerator, Freezer, & Wine Cabinet, and Built-in Cooking Appliances (Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Rangetops), which include Specialty Ovens like Steam Ovens & Speed Ovens.

Bertazzoni reports that Specialty Ovens, when sold as an add-on to the range, doubled in sales when comparing 2017 to 2020. The company says this suggests that homeowners are cooking more and are more discerning about the appliances to prepare their meals – seeking auxiliary ovens for greater functionality and an elevated cooking experience.

New standouts include:

The wine cabinet, with separate temperature control for red and white wines, storage for bigger bottles like champagne on all shelves, and a UV-protected glass door to safely showcase one’s collection. The product is ideal for today’s stay-at-home social life, from “Zoom happy hours” to “Aperitivo at Home.”

Bertazzoni’s new induction cooktops provide quick heat, precise control, and easy cleanup. Induction is an increasingly popular choice in the North American market, according to the company.

Bertazzoni’s Steam Oven provides steam-assisted convection cooking, sealing in flavors and maintaining nutrients and texture. The Warming Drawer keeps food items at a desired temperature while other dishes are cooking.

In 2020, Bertazzoni has observed increased consumer demand in auxiliary products that complement the traditional range as the primary cooking appliance. Bertazzoni’s new built-in ovens present clean, architectural lines whether stacked horizontally or vertically. For homeowners with small kitchens, Bertazzoni’s new 24” built-in oven offers 2.7 cubic square feet – one of the largest capacities in the category.
