Schock focuses on sustainability and premium quality in new collection
A new line of sustainably sourced sink models, mixer taps, and accessories consisting of over 99 per cent natural, renewable or recycled raw materials is the latest collection released from German company, Schock.

The Cristadur Green Line is the most sustainable quartz composite sink made by Schock, with natural quartz sand being the main constituent in the product. The Line is naturally manufactured with all the premium quality features inherent in Cristadur, and is being launched in two different colours: Night and Day. Night embodies an intense graphite black, while Day offers the whitest of pure whites that Schock has ever made.
A new design stylishly emphasises the sustainable material that constitutes the Cristadur Green Line. Kallio M-175 (898 x 630 mm; suitable for a 90 cm cabinet) has been designed in a contemporary country kitchen look and fits into classic or Scandi-style kitchens with its straight-line, cubic modular design.

The generous main basin offers space for large pots and pans or a spot of indoor gardening. A smaller second basin provides a useful place for preparing food, and the front edge of the basin is slightly slanted for ergonomic effect. The two drainboards are designed to be functional and practical places to put things down. The right-hand drainer with its length-wise grooves serves as a place to keep dishwashing utensils, the left-hand drainer with the width-wise grooves is a non-slip space for standing up and draining chopping boards or plates.
The harmonious design of the Cristadur Tia series is one of the highlights in the product portfolio. Now the series is being expanded with a new model: the Tia D-100 (860 x 500 mm; suitable for a 50 cm cabinet) in eight radiant colours, including Puro, the blackest black and a hallmark of the range since 2013.

The compact, straight-line design with an all-round rim gives the sink the look of a shell. The functional focus is the integral lip inside the basin, which hangs accessories around the edge or places them on top of the sink. With accessories such as the bowl set and the racks to hold Gastronorm trays, the TIA series is a compact food prep assistant for ambitious chefs. Its premium character is underlined by the variety of design upgrades available. These include matching trim in six different finishes, chopping boards and a designer drain rack.

EPOS is a mixer tap with an L-shaped spout, available in chrome and more Cristadur colours, as well as an optional fixed spout or a pull-out spout. Also new in the Schock portfolio is Metis, an elegant, simple model available in chrome or stainless steel look and featuring the lever on top. Keto is a new addition to the stainless steel range, boasting an L-shaped spout and a tapered body. The range of new mixer taps is completed by the low-pressure SC-510 ND coloured mixer tap.
