SONNEMAN releases a minimalist lighting collection
SONNEMAN’s “A Way of Light” minimalist lighting collection creates a sophisticated atmosphere featuring pared down shapes with muted, and rich, colour palettes. These lights revisit the significance of the “less is more” design when it comes to bathroom lighting.
A Way of Light is closely connected to Robert Sonneman, the designer, and his commitment to modern ideals and innovation: “We are devoted to creating the extraordinary, free from contrivance, with quality and refinement. We believe that creativity, innovation, and commitment to excellence begin with design and live in every aspect of everything that we do,” says Sonneman.
Award winning and acclaimed for clean lines, many of Sonneman’s sleek, functionalist lighting designs have become classics of the modern era. Sonneman’s functional sensibilities and prolific design vocabulary has grown over his fifty-year career to include a unique perspective of modernism that extends through the architectural genres and modernist movements of the 20th and 21st centuries. Robert Sonneman’s designs have been exhibited internationally in museums, galleries, and design shows over the last five decades.
“I continue a lifelong commitment to push the boundaries of modern design in pursuit of achieving the very best of what’s next,” says Sonneman.
SONNEMAN fixtures are available at Cartwright Lighting in Calgary, Chown Inc. and Village Lighting in Vancouver, Living Lighting #12 in Halifax, Universal Lamp in Lakefield, Concept Lighting Galleries, Gerrie Electric Wholesale, Lando Lighting, and Universal Lamp in Toronto, Paramont EO- NL in Ottowa, Multi Luminare in Montreal, The Lighting Warehouse in Vancouver, and Bioteau Luminaire Inc in Quebec.
