Fantini announces winners of the 2022 People’s Choice Awards
Fantini USA has announced the winners of the 2022 People’s Choice Awards. The competition was open to North American architects and designers to submit projects featuring any of Fantini’s portfolio of products.
The projects were then randomly paired together in a series of Instagram stories where Fantini followers cast their votes on their favorites. The first, second and special category winners were selected based on their creativity, elegance, style and popularity among Fantini’s Instagram followers.
The Winners include:
1st Place: Post Road Residence by Mandelbaum Design
With a bold take on traditional, this powder room’s intention is to make a sumptuous statement. The space combines the sparkling gold of a stunning Fantini faucet with the elegance of an 18th century hand gilded mirror. The wallpaper completes the look which, in combination, creates an enveloping warmth and glow.
2nd Place: Cedar Grove Residence by Josianne Berube Interior Design
This modern mountain cabin in British-Columbia provides a gateway home from the busy city life. For the interior design of this project, the goal was to integrate elements of the simple lines, volumes and minimal color palette of the home’s architecture. The AF/21 Collection by Naoto Fukasawa in the Gun Metal finish enhances the design of the interior by bringing elegance and simplicity to each of the 6 bathrooms that the owners and their guests can enjoy.
Special Category – Big City Bathrooms: Modern Deco Home by Centaur Interiors
For this luxury Chicago home, Centaur Interiors wanted to create a design with a distinctive, yet broad aesthetic appeal. They found their inspiration in a cross between popular modern and art deco styles utilizing strong contrasts like the burnished black fireplace against the white wall panels, or the interplay between the beautiful black-and-white Italian marble slabs, gleaming white tub, and black glass plumbing fixtures.
The winners will receive stipends to spend towards Fantini products so they may continue to create these projects.
