The Goods: Peach Fuzz

These products, inspired by Pantone's 2024 Colour of the Year, combine warmth and versatility and playfully accentuate indoor spaces.

The moment that many designers, industry professionals and home décor afficionados anticipate each year has finally arrived: Pantone has announced this year’s Colour of the Year and it’s…Peach Fuzz?

If you’re still as confused as we are, Pantone says this shade aims to “capture the desire to nurture” and describes it as a “velvety gentle peach tone.”

“In seeking a hue that echoes our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a color radiant with warmth and modern elegance. A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless,” said Leatrice Eiseman, executive director, Pantone Color Institute.

Following the announcement, various companies jumped on the bandwagon and began introducing products that were inspired by this playful tone. After all, who could pass up on the opportunity to play around with a shade reminiscent of many people’s favourite childhood candy and a chance to overuse the cheeky peach emoji?

Here are five companies that have already incorporated Pantone 13-1023 Peach Fuzz into their collections.
