Cognetic Technology by KI was this year’s Best of Competition winner at the Best of NeoCon Awards. Invented by Aaron DeJule, Cognetic Technology aims to redefine comfort through support, responding naturally to the body in motion. It aims to create a more effortless sitting experience that supports comfort, focus, and regulation throughout the day. The chair is designed to support three critical dimensions of human performance: ergonomics, physiological well-being, and neurocognitive support. By working with gravity and continuous, natural movement, it helps support alignment and posture variability while encouraging regulation and physical comfort.
Flourish | Allsteel
Flourish, launched at NeoCon 2026, is a collaborative chair that brings a refined yet relaxed style to modern office environments. Flourish blends sculptural form with tailored comfort, reflecting the evolving culture of work where flexibility, individuality, and connection shape how spaces are experienced. Defined by its distinctive, petaled plunging back, the chair introduces a layered aesthetic paired with soft yet structured contours and a high level of craftsmanship. Influenced by contemporary fashion, interiors, and textiles, the chair highlights a tailored aesthetic. Layered upholstery combinations, welt detailing, and a range of wood and metal base options make it suited for cafés, meeting spaces, touchdown areas, and private offices.

Ferra | Halcon
Ferra, which also made its debut at NeoCon, is Halcon’s first-ever executive conference chair collection, merging design with craftsmanship. Created to deliver elevated comfort to the modern workplace, Ferra is the brand’s first collaboration with Italian designer Mario Ferrarini. The chair combines fine leathers, paint finishes, and polished metals. Its signature ribbon arms are designed to spotlight the union of form and function and are available in a variety of metal finishes with an option of a hand-wrapped leather inlay. This personalized chair comes with a graded-in fabric selection, designed to elevate any space.

Blink | Teknion
Blink features innovative ergonomics and a sustainability-driven design. Created in partnership with Formway and launched at NeoCon, it is designed to deliver comfort and support the needs of today’s hybrid workplaces with minimal user adjustment. Blink’s hidden intelligence is centered on movement. The shell is precision-molded with more than a thousand perforations. It draws inspiration from impact-absorbing auxetic patterns, honeycomb, and lattice-like structures known for their ability to flex and contour to curved forms. The chair also features a patented Keel Mechanism, which provides movement that responds to the user’s body shifts, automatically calibrated based on body weight. This lets the chair respond to the user’s shifts in posture during both focused and collaborative work, without breaking their flow. Internal gears ensure the chair’s movement is always controlled, while high-performance springs create tension as the user leans back, providing a smooth, controlled sit.
