Crafting Light Workshop

Inspired by Aga Khan Museum’s collections and temporary exhibition, Light: Visionary Perspectives, this hands-on workshop will journey through the intricate art of Turkish mosaic design, taking a close look at exquisite examples of decorative patterns as well as diverse glass lamps. In this workshop, guests will explore traditional techniques and the cultural significance of light in Islamic art as you create your own beautiful mosaic candle holder and personalized tea light candles.
