As noted in a previous post, designer Anastasia Rentzos, CKD, CBD, of Andros Kitchen & Bath Designs in Mississauga, Ontario, took home the Green Design Award at the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s annual awards ceremony on Thurs., Apr. 18, The awards ceremony was help in New Orleans, Louisiana, in conjunction with the 2013 Kitchen & Bath Industry Show.

Over 400 entries were submitted by designers from across Canada and the United States. Designs were judged by a panel of eight certified industry experts. Each judge is either a Certified Master Kitchen and Bath Designer (CMKBD) or both a Certified Kitchen Designer (CKD) and a Certified Bath Designer (CBD). The entries were scored on safety and ergonomics, elements and principles of design, design planning, creativity and presentation.
ABOUT THE WINNING GREEN DESIGN BY ANASTASIA RENTZOS
“This beautifully renovated master bath not only exudes contemporary visual appeal, but also revels in carefully planned green design.
