Pantone and Clariant join forces

New Jersey-based Pantone, a provider of professional colour standards for design industries, and Clariant International of Muttenz, Switzerland, a textile colorant and chemical producer have partnered in order to increase their efficiency in serving the fashion and home furnishings industries worldwide. The partnership connects users of the Pantone Fashion + Home Color System with Clariant’s network of technical specialists and modern colorants technology.

As of March, Pantone and Clariant have introduced new products and services that will enable users to take advantage of technology and workflow advancements on a global basis. One such product is the Pantone Smart Color Swatch Cards, which are designed to expedite the colour development process. Smart Color Swatch Cards are available in all 1,925 colours in the Pantone Fashion + Home Color System and enable designers and their manufacturers to reduce costs and increase speed-to-market. This website will help users find the appropriate dyestuff recipes to match Pantone Fashion + Home Colors on any desired fabric.
