New flooring wayfinding by Mannington Commercial reflects current reality

Mannington Commercial is introducing a product- based solution called Wayfinding LVT to help interior designers and facility managers create safe commercial spaces.

The new solution promotes social distancing spaces with design and colour customization options that incorporate messages, graphics, and icons.

Selecting the right Wayfinding LVT solution is a simple three-step process that begins when designers choose the size required for a project. Mannington Commercial LVT products are available in 18”x18” square, 18”x18” inset circle, 4.5”x36” plank and 7.25”x48” plank. Custom size options are also available.

Next, designers can choose from six standard icons and three standard plank messages. Icons include a variety of arrows in different colours and shapes. The customizable messages range from “Please Wait Here” and “Practice Social Distancing” to “Please Wait on the Line.”

Last, customers can choose one background and one foreground colour from Mannington Commercial’s Pantone Matching System colour bank.

Products within the Wayfinding LVT solution come in 2.5mm thickness and feature Quantum Guard Elite, Mannington Commercial’s industry-leading performance technology. All products are manufactured in the U.S. at the company’s Madison, Ga., facility.

The FloorScore certified product carries an Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), a Health Product Declaration (HPD), and may contribute to LEED credits, according to the company.

“The need for moving people safely through a space – whether that is an office, a school or a healthcare facility – remains paramount, and flooring can play a critical role in this,” said Mannington Commercial’s Vice President of Commercial LVT Whitney LeGate. “Our Wayfinding LVT provides customers an easy and turnkey solution. We’re excited to bring the quality of our LVT products and an array of customized solutions to foster wellness-focused commercial environments.”
