The Goods: Performance Textiles

Upholstery Fabrics | Supreen
Supreen has announced the launch of five premium patterns and a new, more eco-conscious Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) backing. The latest additions, designed with Supreen’s original liquid barrier and stain resistance, aim to provide enhanced softness, sustainability and luxury.
Inspired by plush, texture-forward fabrics, the new patterns include a multicolored chenille, an ultra-lush lambswool, and three cozy bouclé fabrics; all of which reflect a growing demand for elevated-performance and eco-friendly textiles. All five of Supreen’s new patterns work well for workspaces, residential spaces, or commercial or hospitality settings.
“The new Supreen patterns take the sensory experience to the next level,” said Debbye Lustig, Supreen’s vice president of design. “We aimed to surprise and delight with these buttery-soft textiles, delivering an unexpected, industry-leading, luxurious hand while incorporating green-forward innovations that uphold the performance and sustainability standards that Supreen® was founded upon.”

Aerial Collection | Concertex
Concertex’s Aerial Collection includes five silicone hybrids that include two prints and three textures. Made with proprietary technology, Concertex’s Graffiti-free silicone hybrids aim to combine luxury and durability. They withstand 15 weeks of hydrolysis, over 300,000 double rubs, and are bleach cleanable.
The prints include Cobble and Salina, which are digitally printed silicone hybrid fabrics with printing clarity and vibrant colours. Cobble aims to illustrate the charm of cobblestone streets, while Salina aims to reflect the allure of the watercolour of salt pans. The three solid fabrics, Cirrus, Frontier, and Napoli, feature 71 nature-inspired hues.
Concertex’s silicone hybrid fabrics are free of PFAS, DMF, PVC, Phthalates, and added FR/Anti- Bacterial, and comply with CAL 01350.
