Teknion achieves JUST 3.0 Transparency Label from International Living Future Institute

Teknion has achieved the JUST 3.0 Transparency Label from the International Living Future Institute.
JUST, which is often described as a “nutrition label” for organizations, evaluates companies through data-backed disclosures across areas including diversity, leadership representation, benefits, and community impact.
Through the 3.0 certification process, Teknion implemented measurable policy changes, such as extended maternity leave, expanded tuition reimbursement, and a healthy living program, while increasing the number of women in leadership roles.

“Achieving the 3.0 accreditation is a testament to our sustained corporate social responsibility efforts and our commitment to transparency, fairness, and creating an environment that values our employees and strengthens the communities we serve,” said David Feldberg, CEO and president of Teknion.
In September 2025, Teknion announced the release of its Impact Report, which highlighted meaningful progress across environmental, social, and product sustainability. Since 2002, Teknion has been documenting their goal of “being better today than yesterday,” enforcing content changes of all sizes.
The 2025 report aimed to continue to transparently reveal how Teknion’s actions towards a more sustainable future are intentional and help advance its biggest priorities. It also outlined progress in four core areas: Planet, Product, People, and Place, showcasing the company’s dedication to carbon reduction, waste and material management, and the health and well-being of its employees and customers.
