ARIDO reimagines Awards Gala as theatre-style experience for 2026 edition

On September 17, 2026, the interior design community will come together at Meridian Hall in downtown Toronto for the 2026 ARIDO Awards Gala.

This year, ARIDO has reimagined the evening, opting out of the traditional sit-down dinner for a theatre-style experience.

This year, 26 finalists across 11 award categories will take the spotlight, representing some of the most innovative projects shaping the province, from workplaces and hospitality spaces to homes, schools, healthcare environments, and community spaces. These are the projects and the people redefining what interior design can do, and the winners will be revealed live on stage.

This event is open not only to ARIDO members and finalists, but to all who want to join in on the celebration. Whether an industry veteran, an emerging designer, a student, or simply someone who loves great design, there are seats available to everyone.

With 800 guests expected and a fresh format, this evening aims to be more than an awards show, but also a night to connect with industry leaders, reconnect with peers, and celebrate the creativity and impact of registered interior designers across Ontario.
