Flair | Scavolini

Scavolini has introduced Flair, a new project that explores the contemporary home through soft shapes, tactile textures, and balanced proportions. Designed as a system for kitchen, living room and bathroom environments, Flair focuses on curved profiles, rounded end units, and delicate volumes to create compositions that create fluidity between spaces. The project includes convex elements, such as curved end base units, tall units, and wall units, alongside concave elements designed to house curved open-fronted shelves. These details aim to create integrated furnishing areas and add depth to interiors. Flair, which was launched at Salone del Mobile.Milano is presented through a selection of materials and finishes, including matt and glossy lacquered finishes, natural wood veneered finishes, and worktops that combine technical performance with a refined aesthetic finish.

The collection responds to contemporary open-plan spaces, where different areas of the home increasingly merge into a single environment. Through its curved elements and customization options, Flair combines function with a consistent design language across multiple interior settings.

2.0 | Kartell & Laufen by Ferruccio Laviani

Kartell and Laufen have introduced the 2.0 bathroom collection, which was launched at the most recent edition of Salone del Mobile.Milano. Thirteen years after the launch of the first Kartell by Laufen collection, the collaboration between the two has evolved towards a new vision of the contemporary bathroom environment. The shared journey  celebrates results and looks to the future through an original project, marked by renewed technological and material research. Kartell and Laufen’s new bathroom collection is designed to interpret the bathroom not just as a functional space, but as an environment dedicated to design, well-being, and the quality of daily life. To shape this evolution, Kartell has chosen to entrust the creative direction to Ferruccio Laviani, one of the brand’s most representative designers, who has been a key figure in a collaboration lasting over 30 years.

DomusCove Day System | Poltrona Frau

DomusCove Day System, launched at Salone del Mobile.Milano, is a modular system of storage units and bookcases for the living area that can also function as a partition between spaces. Designed by architect Dante Bonuccelli, the project combines technology with a distinctive design, defined by  craftsmanship and the elegance of Pelle Frau paired with wood and other materials. Defined by its versatility and modularity, DomusCove also has a strong architectural presence, adding a scenographic quality to interiors while introducing both storage and spatial division.

Pelle Frau leather upholstery remains at the core, paired with materials such as wood, glass and marble. Rather than a traditional freestanding piece, DomusCove is developed vertically through a crossbeam structure, anchored to the floor and fixed to the ceiling or wall. Within this framework, slim shelves alternate with suspended storage units which, in freestanding configurations, can be accessed from both sides. Shelves come in smoked or extra-clear glass, walnut veneer, or are upholstered in Pelle Frau ColorSphere Impact Less leather. They are supported by titanium-finished aluminium clamps at each end and by an aluminium beam upholstered in Pelle Frau leather.
